Jan Douma, Geophysics Team Lead at Shell, will be sharing his father’s incredible survival story in a Nazi labor camp, and the important role that faith played for the prisoners.
“It took my father till 1995 (50 years after WWII) before he finally could put his story on paper for his children and grandchildren. Till that time the emotions were simply too much for him to talk about it. It is a privilege to share this story here with you in the USA, as I and my family will be forever grateful to the USA, and the other Allied forces who liberated Europe in WWII.” -Jan Douma
